Hygiene Hero supports autistic young adults in developing and maintaining effective hygiene routines. Recognizing that many individuals on the autism spectrum experience sensory sensitivities, challenges with routine, and difficulties with communication, this project focuses on creating clear, engaging, and accessible visual aids that simplify hygiene tasks and promote independence. Through a combination of custom-designed step-by-step charts, interactive visuals, and color-coded systems, the project offers easy-to-follow instructions for daily activities such as brushing teeth, showering, and handwashing. The design incorporates calming colors, intuitive symbols, and tactile elements to address sensory preferences, helping to reduce anxiety and increase comfort during hygiene routines.
